RAAF Base

Works included extensive runway extensions, new pavements, advanced aeronautical ground lighting, and major upgrades to site-wide infrastructure.

High and low voltage networks, stormwater systems, roads, hydraulic services, and security facilities were comprehensively designed and integrated to meet stringent defence and aviation standards. With the HV electrical works alone valued at more than $75M, the project demanded meticulous coordination across multiple design phases.
Completed in 2017, the facility transformed Williamtown into a state-of-the-art base, enabling Australia’s next-generation air combat fleet and cementing its role as a critical hub in the nation’s defence aviation network.
