Heradale Parade

A defining feature of the project was the suspended swimming pools, which demanded complex structural solutions to manage water loads, waterproofing, and long-term durability.

Steel + Stone also resolved civil challenges such as stormwater integration within the constrained basement footprint, while providing façade engineering for cantilevered balconies and expansive glazing designed to withstand wind, corrosion, and thermal performance requirements.
