Airds Bradbury Renewal

The scheme incorporates a single-level basement car park, with communal facilities and landscaped areas at ground floor level to support resident interaction and accessibility. Engineering design focused on efficient basement construction, integrated services coordination, and superstructure systems appropriate for low-rise residential buildings.

Aaron Holbrook acted as Lead Engineer, responsible for the coordination and delivery of Structural, Civil, and Building Services engineering. The scope included the basement structure, residential superstructures, external works, and the integration of building services within communal and residential spaces to ensure buildability, performance, and long-term operational efficiency.
