The scheme incorporates a two-storey basement constructed within the water table, retained by an anchored secant pile wall system. The project required careful coordination of excavation support, groundwater control, and permanent structural works to facilitate safe construction and long-term performance.

Aaron Holbrook provided Structural and Civil Engineering services, responsible for the design and coordination of the basement structure, anchored secant wall retention system, and the superstructure supporting residential and communal facilities.
