The St Mary’s Band & Digger Club project comprised a series of extensions and alterations to enhance the club’s facilities and support a wider range of member activities. The works included the structural and civil engineering design for a new sports bar and terrace extension, a bowls green awning, new member WC and ancillary facilities, an extended bar area, and the creation of a dedicated children’s space.

Diggers & Band Club

The development required careful integration of new structures with the existing building fabric while maintaining uninterrupted use of key club facilities.

Aaron Holbrook provided Structural and Civil Engineering design services, developing practical and buildable solutions to accommodate the new extensions, varied loading conditions, and external structures, while supporting the architectural vision and long-term functionality of the club.
