Fulham Reach

The scheme comprises residential blocks ranging from 3 to 9 storeys, constructed above a single-storey basement formed within the water table. The basement was designed to Grade C waterproofing in accordance with BS 8102, requiring careful consideration of groundwater conditions and integrated waterproofing measures.

Aaron Holbrook acted as Lead Engineer for both Structural and Civil Engineering, with responsibility for the design development, coordination, and delivery of the structural and civil works for Blocks D, E, and B2. The project required robust structural solutions that balanced technical complexity, buildability, and architectural intent.
