The project included a new water main interface between alternate supplies to secure continuity in the event of mains failure, a high-pressure gas main deviation, and flood mitigation levee walls due to construction within a floodway.

Engineering design covered sanitary, grease, industrial and contaminated water, hot and cold water, rainwater, and gas systems to ensure uninterrupted operation. Responsibilities included full client engagement, authority negotiations, and management of all aspects of design, construction documentation, and site inspections. The project successfully delivered safe, resilient, and compliant infrastructure, demonstrating technical expertise in complex and high-risk environments while maintaining the continuity and integrity of critical research operations.
