This large-scale Class 2 residential rejuvenation scheme was delivered in multiple phases (A–F), transforming the precinct into a modern urban community. Steel + Stone were engaged for Phase C, providing structural and façade engineering for an eight-storey residential building arranged as two towers above a shared podium with a two-level basement.

Carrington Place

The basement accommodates secure resident parking and building services, while the podium integrates landscaped communal spaces and connectivity between the towers.

Engineering solutions supported a mix of apartment layouts, ensuring structural efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term durability. Rooftop terraces and shared recreational areas were also carefully engineered to manage loads and environmental exposure. Phase C delivers a high-quality, resilient residential hub that contributes to the wider masterplan, enhancing connectivity and amenity within Castle Hill.
