The project involved excavation within the water table and was subject to tight site constraints, requiring carefully engineered temporary and permanent shoring solutions.

Structural, civil, and façade engineering design addressed groundwater management, excavation stability, efficient load transfer, and the integration of the building envelope with the primary structure.
